What it is
RSO (Rick Simpson Oil) or FECO is a full-spectrum extract made with ethanol or similar solvents, designed for oral use rather than dabbing. It retains the complete compound profile — cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids — and is the format many medical patients rely on.
How it's made
The plant is soaked in food-grade ethanol, filtered, and the solvent fully evaporated. What remains is a thick, dark, tar-like oil dispensed by the drop or in measured syringes.
How it's consumed
Oral or sublingual, starting with a grain-of-rice-sized dose. Effects are strong and long-lasting — 6 to 8 hours is common.
Terpenes
Low priority — full-spectrum means everything comes along, including plant waxes
