What it is
BHO is extracted with butane as the solvent, then purged under vacuum to remove residuals. Texture names describe consistency, not quality: shatter is glassy and stable, wax and budder are whipped, crumble is dry and honeycombed.
How it's made
Closed-loop extraction (the only safe, legal method) washes chilled butane through the material, then vacuum-purges at controlled temperatures. Professional labs test every batch for residual solvents.
How it's consumed
Dabbed or vaporized. Shatter snaps into portions; budder and wax are scooped; crumble is easy to handle and sprinkle.
